You will notice that, throughout the site, the word NOSPAM has appeared in email addresses. All you need to do, when contacting Nottm NOC officers through this site, is click on the link, when the mail client (Outlook Express) comes up, edit the address deleting the NOSPAM bit. If the invalid address is harvested from this site & used, it will be lost in the ether & bounce back to the sender, thus spamming the spammer, neat eh! No action is required if you already have their addresses in your contacts list. NEVER reply to spam e-mails, as that only proves that your address is used.

Similarly, if you are in the habit of forwarding mails to a whole list of people, a) delete ALL previous recipients & b) put the names in the "Bcc" line. If your mail is intercepted, then they only get one address to harvest, not those of your mates as well.
